Travelers are responsible for ensuring:

• Passports and IDs are valid and match booking names and reservation details provided to RISE Travel Now. 
• Entry requirements, visas, and vaccination rules are met

RISE Travel Now is happy to provide guidance on where to find this information, but final responsibility rests fully with the traveler.

The booking structure depends on your needs and travel goals. We do not book stand-alone air or hotel. 

We work to provide the best value available, including added amenities, group perks, or exclusive offers when possible. Some online promotions may not include the same protections, service, or flexibility that booking with an advisor provides.

Yes! RISE Travel Now specializes in group travel, including:

• Group cruises
• Family and friends travel
• Celebrations, reunions, and special interest groups

Group rates, amenities, and perks are subject to minimum participation requirements and supplier terms.

Yes. Group bookings are subject to specific terms and conditions set by both the travel supplier and RISE Travel Now. These may include deposit requirements, payment schedules, minimum guest counts, and cancellation penalties that differ from individual bookings.

Because group travel involves coordination of multiple travelers, cabins/rooms, and deadlines, all participants are expected to adhere to posted payment and documentation requirements. Detailed group terms and conditions will be provided prior to booking, and by participating in a group reservation, travelers acknowledge and agree to those terms.

Group trips and group cruises operate under additional terms and conditions that apply to all participants. Pricing, amenities, onboard credits, and group perks are contingent upon meeting minimum participation requirements and supplier guidelines.

Changes, cancellations, or missed payment deadlines by individual participants may impact the group as a whole. By booking a group reservation through RISE Travel Now, travelers agree to comply with all group booking policies and applicable Terms & Conditions.

RISE Travel Now Cancellation Fees:

            l → $50 cancellation fee per person

Cancellation fees are separate and in addition to supplier penalties.

Are Cancel fees refundable?

No. Cancellation fees charged by RISE Travel Now are non‑refundable, regardless of whether a supplier issues a refund or credit. These fees cover time and administrative work required to manage a cancellation.

In most cases, no additional fees are charged for booking travel through RISE Travel Now. 

For highly customized, complex, or time‑intensive itineraries), a planning fee may be required upfront. If a fee applies, it will be clearly discussed in advance and credited toward your final reservation balance once the trip is booked and paid in full. Any cancellations to the reservation will incur the penalization of the service/planning fee plus any other standard cancelation fees imposed by RISE Travel Now and the required supplier cancelations fees of which we do not control.

We offer a wide variety of travel packages including Cruises, adventure travel, beach vacations, cultural tours, and luxury getaways.

Travel insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended. Insurance can protect you against:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost luggage

Travelers who decline insurance assume full responsibility for any financial loss that coverage may have protected.
