RISE Travel Now acts solely as a travel agent for third‑party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity vendors (“Suppliers”). RISE Travel Now does not own, operate, manage, or control any Supplier and is not responsible for Supplier acts, omissions, errors, or performance.

RISE Travel Now operates as an independent travel agency and is not an employee of any travel supplier. RISE Travel Now is affiliated with and supported by Nexion Travel Group, an accredited host agency. Certain bookings and transactions may be processed through host agency systems in accordance with Supplier and host agency agreements.

RISE Travel Now is not responsible for and has no control over disputes that may arise between clients and their selected travel suppliers at any time, whether before, during, or after travel.

All travel services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of each Supplier, which may include payment schedules, cancellation penalties, change fees, eligibility requirements, and refund policies. Supplier terms are separate from and in addition to RISE Travel Now’s Terms & Conditions. RISE Travel Now has no control over Supplier policies.

In most cases, client payments are made directly to Suppliers. RISE Travel Now does not typically hold, manage, or control client funds and has no authority over Supplier refund timelines, refund methods, future travel credits, or penalty assessments. Refunds, if applicable, are issued solely in accordance with Supplier policies.

All prices, promotions, amenities, and availability are subject to change until fully confirmed by all travel suppliers and payment has been received and successfully processed in full. This includes itineraries involving multiple suppliers, where separate payments may be required for different travel components such as air, hotel, cruise, or tours.

RISE Travel Now is not responsible for price changes, availability changes, or the loss of refundable or non‑refundable funds resulting from declined or failed payments, chargebacks, nonpayment, delayed payment, or declined payment methods. This includes situations where one segment of an itinerary is affected due to nonpayment or payment issues related to another segment.

RISE Travel Now is also not responsible for price differences caused by currency exchange fluctuations or supplier‑initiated changes that occur after a booking has been made.

All cancellations and changes are subject to Supplier terms and conditions, which may include cancellation penalties, rebooking fees, change fees, or loss of funds. These Supplier fees are determined solely by the Supplier and may be in addition to RISE Travel Now’s agency fees. RISE Travel Now has no control over Supplier‑imposed fees, policies, or refund eligibility. Onboard Credits may also be lost and not refunded, transferrable, or applied to a date or itinerary change.

Changes to an existing reservation — including but not limited to date changes, guest name changes, itinerary modifications, room or cabin changes, or rebooking's — may incur a professional change fee. Change fees are assessed and range from $25-$200 based on the complexity and time required to process the request and are non‑refundable.

Change fees compensate for time‑intensive work such as re‑coordination with Suppliers, re‑pricing, documentation updates, and administrative processing.

In the event a reservation is cancelled for any reason, RISE Travel Now assesses a professional cancellation fee, separate from and in addition to any Supplier penalties. Cancellation fees compensate for time spent on research, booking, coordination, documentation, and cancellation processing. Any transfer of booking requests outside RISE Travel Now, is also considered a cancelation.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

Agency cancellation fees are non‑refundable, regardless of Supplier refund status.

Agency change and cancellation fees apply regardless of reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, medical issues, weather, supplier changes, or Force Majeure events.

(Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as it may help offset non‑refundable supplier penalties and agency cancellation fees in certain covered situations. Coverage varies by policy, and reimbursement is subject to insurer approval and policy terms.)

Cruise reservations are governed by cruise line policies and may differ significantly from land‑based travel.

• GTY cabins guarantee a category only, not a specific cabin number or location.
• Cabin assignments are made at the sole discretion of the cruise line and may occur close to sailing.
• RISE Travel Now has no control over assignments, upgrades, downgrades within category, or location.
• Keep in mind automatic upgrades can mean a location on a lower deck. 

• Itineraries, ports of call, ship features, and schedules are subject to change at any time.
• Onboard credits, dining times, and amenities are controlled by the cruise line.
• Missed sailings or denied boarding due to documentation or late arrival are non‑refundable.

Resort and all‑inclusive bookings are subject to Supplier policies, which may include non‑refundable deposits, resort fees, blackout dates, minimum night stays, and limited change flexibility. Amenities, inclusions, and services may change at any time. RISE Travel Now is not responsible for resort construction, service reductions, or amenity changes.

Group bookings are subject to special Supplier and agency terms, including minimum participation requirements, group payment schedules, and stricter cancellation policies. Failure of individual participants to meet deadlines may impact group pricing or amenities. Each traveler is individually responsible for meeting all group requirements.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, supplier insolvency, and other unforeseen events. Clients who decline insurance accept full responsibility for any losses that may have been covered. RISE Travel Now is not liable for uninsured losses.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and entry documents, with names matching government‑issued identification exactly. RISE Travel Now is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or penalties related to improper documentation.

RISE Travel Now is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, labor actions, government orders, health emergencies, or natural disasters.

RISE Travel Now shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience, or expense resulting from Supplier actions, negligence, default, bankruptcy, or failure of services. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents upon receipt. Errors must be reported immediately. RISE Travel Now is not responsible for errors not identified prior to travel.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the State of Florida.

RISE Travel Now operates as a seller of travel in the State of Florida through a host agency relationship. Registration information is available upon request.

By booking travel through RISE Travel Now, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
